Blackstock is the Co-Founder of BirdGang an award-winning UK-based dance company. BirdGang are known for consistently high-quality, impactful content, in live performance, education and film. BirdGang was appointed to be the first dance company to be an associate of the Young Vic in 2015. Blackstock served as Artistic Director from 2005–2015
